our humble beginnings
Signature’s success story begins in 1994.
We started our business at Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor as a distributor and retailer of modular kitchen systems. Our humble beginnings have enabled us to keep our perspective while consistently striving for growth through steady paths of progress. In 1996, we formed a dedicated project division to cultivate the potential of our growing corporate clientele. Expanding our operations further, we seized the opportunity to venture into kitchen manufacturing in 1998.

For over two decades, the company has established itself as the market leader in the local kitchen industry under the brand Signature Kitchen, bringing to the world the value of a brand synonymous with quality craftsmanship. This is a testament to the visionary leadership of Signature’s founders, KC Tan and Dato’ Michael Chooi. As we continued to grow from strength to strength, our holding company, Signature International Berhad was incorporated and public listed on Bursa Malaysia in 2008. With more than two decades of experience in the kitchen industry, we understand every customer’s needs and are well-versed in the complexity of coordinating a kitchen project that involves multiple parties. We have successfully completed projects that include prestigious and luxury properties in Malaysia, as well as globally. The rapid expansion of our project portfolio has led to international opportunities in which we can offer competitive, best-in-class, high-quality products to international project developers.
