Industrial 4.0
Moving into Industry 4.0, we step into a phase known as “smart manufacturing”, where we undergo a digital transition for increased productivity, flexibility and agility.
At Signature, our manufacturing process is highly dependent on advanced machines and technologies.
When processing panels, we make digital presets so that our machines are able to cut panels, seal edges and drill holes with ultimate accuracy and precision.
As for spray painting the panels, we use the most sophisticated machine to ensure high-performance auto-production. Our Cefla auto-painting machine is imported from Italy, and it consistently produces smooth, shiny and speckless high-gloss surfaces. Its UV light chamber dries the paint much faster than the conventional hand-spray-painted panels (which take up to 24 hours to dry). The baking process also toughens the paint layer, resulting in increased durability. With our imported machine and spray paint, our colour opacity and finishing are nothing short of international standards.
