Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to move out during installation?
No. You can stay in your home throughout the process.
Our team will dismantle and install your new Signature setup in the same area, usually within the same day or within 48 hours for eligible projects. We ensure minimal disruption, cleanliness, and safety during installation.
Can I trade in multiple items?
Yes, absolutely.
You may trade in multiple product categories such as your kitchen, wardrobe, and furniture under the same program. Our consultant will assess your trade-in scope and advise on the combined cash rebate entitlement accordingly.
What if my items are damaged / incomplete?
We accept most built-in or freestanding items in any condition, provided they are safe and accessible for dismantling.
However, Signature reserves the right to decline dismantle or disposal if the items are infested, contain hazardous material, or pose a safety risk to personnel.
Are there additional charges?
The Trade-In Program includes complimentary dismantle and disposal services for eligible items.
Additional works such as plumbing relocation, ceiling touch-up, flooring, tiling, or repainting are chargeable separately and will be quoted transparently before confirmation.
How long does the process take?
Depending on the selected worktop type and scope:
48 Hours Fast Track: For pre-fabricated worktops and standard designs.
5 Working Days: For customized or fabricated worktops requiring site measurement.
Your consultant will advise the best timeline based on your design and site condition.

Terms & Conditions
- The Signature Trade-In Program is valid until 15 March 2026 and redeemable for trade-in purchases made at Signature showrooms within the Klang Valley. This program is limited to residential addresses located within the Klang Valley and is subject to verification at the time of redemption
- Eligible product categories include built-in cabinets, kitchen appliances, mattresses, dining tables & chairs, sofas, and curtains.
- For detailed information on cash rebate entitlements, please consult the Signature sales consultant assisting with your purchase. Rebates are applied as deductions from the purchase price and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Relocation of non-Signature cabinets, reuse of worktops, mechanical and electrical (M&E) repositioning or installation, and minor renovation or touch-up works are excluded from this Program and under the homeowner’s responsibility.
- Installation of appliances, plumbing, cleaning, and any additional works (e.g. relocation of plumbing, flooring, ceiling, hacking, tiling, or painting) are chargeable separately and subject to site evaluation.
- All works and timelines are subject to site readiness and Signature’s installation scheduling.
- 48-Hour Fast Track applies only to pre-fabricated worktops with limited design options, available on weekdays only.
- An additional 3 working days may apply if tile replacement or painting is required.
- 5 Working Days Standard Track applies to worktops requiring site measurement and fabrication. Additional works (e.g. hacking, major tiling, painting, or M&E relocation) are subject to site evaluation for confirmation of lead time.
- Complimentary dismantle and disposal service is provided under this program for verified trade-in purchase, limited to one (1) location per purchase.
- Existing item(s) must be safe and accessible for dismantling (free from pest infestation, heavy damage, or obstruction). Customers must ensure site readiness and provide clear access for Signature.
- Signature reserves the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel the service if site conditions pose safety risks or unforeseen issues arise.
- Signature is not liable for scratches, damages, or defects to property during dismantling works and is not responsible for wrapping, protecting, or storing any reusable items.
- Trade-in Cash Rebate may be used in conjunction with other ongoing Signature promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated. Signature reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
