You’ll receive a gold bar reward as a thank-you gift when your referred friend pays a deposit with Signature. The more they deposit, the more you earn:- RM3,000 deposit ➜ 1g gold bar
- RM5,000 deposit ➜ 2g gold bar
- RM10,000 deposit ➜ 5g gold bar
The gold bar grammage is based on your friend’s deposit amount, up to a maximum of 5g per referral.
- When will I receive my gold bar?
Your gold bar reward will be arranged within 60 days after your referred friend’s deposit payment is confirmed. - Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?
No, there is no limit. The more you refer, the more rewards you can earn! - Can I refer family members?
Yes, as long as they are not existing Signature customers and meet the program criteria. - Can my friend still enjoy the Signature Friends & Family discount if I refer them?
No — referred friends under this program are not entitled to the Friends & Family discount. However, they will still enjoy ongoing Signature promotions at the time of their purchase, which are equally attractive. - Do I need to explain the products or follow up with my friend?
No, our team will handle everything directly with your referred friends. - How do I know if my referral is successful?
We will notify you once your friend has made a qualifying deposit and your reward is being processed. - Is there any cost to participate?
No, this program is completely free for Signature customers.
By participating in the “Signature Referral Program” (the “Program”) organized by Signature Distribution Sdn Bhd (the “Company”), the Referrer (as defined hereunder) agrees to the following terms and conditions :-
1.Eligibility
a. Open to all Signature customers who have successfully verified their phone number through our referral webpage (the “Referrer”).
b. The referee (including but not limited to friends, family members and relatives) must be a new customer who has not previously purchased the Product (as defined hereunder) from the Company or any of its authorized dealers (the “Referee”).
c. Product refers to built-in cabinets including kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, tv cabinets and related appliances offered by the Company.
2.Reward Criteria
a. The reward will be based on the deposit amount paid by the said Referee, subject to a minimum of RM3,000.
b. Each successful Referrer will receive one (1) gold bar after the Referee has fully paid the non-refundable deposit in accordance with the sale order (the “Reward”).
c. The weight of the gold bar rewarded shall be determined according to the deposit amount, up to a maximum of 5g per referral:
- RM3,000 to below RM5,000➜ 1g gold bar
- RM5,000 to below RM10,000➜ 2g gold bar
- RM10,000 and above ➜ 5g gold bar
d. In the event that the same Referee has been referred to the Company by multiple customers, the reward shall be given to the first Referrer based on the time of submission, following a “first come, first served” basis.
e. Each Referee shall be treated as a separate referral and cannot be combined with any other Referee.
3. Reward Fulfillment
a. The Company shall determine the design, weight, and brand of the gold bar.
b. The Reward for the successful Referrer will be arranged within sixty (60) days after the deposit has been fully paid by the Referee and the Company has confirmed receipt. The Company will contact the Referrer to coordinate the collection of the Reward.
c. The gold bar(s) is given on an “as is” basis, without any warranty or condition, whether express or implied by law or by contract, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness of purpose, satisfactory quality, or performance.
4. Referral Process
a. All referrals must be submitted through the official Signature referral webpage (https://signature.my/signature-referral-program/).
b. A Referrer may submit unlimited number of referrals provided each referral is for a different Referee.
c. The Company will manage all follow-ups and consultations with the Referee after submission of a referral by the Referrer. The Referrer shall not interfere with or direct the Company in relation to these follow-ups or any sales consultations.
5. Promotion Entitlement
a. The Referee participating in this Program are not entitled to the “Signature Friends & Family” discount. However, they are eligible for any ongoing promotions offered by the Company at the time of their purchase.
6. Taxes and Legal Obligations
- Any taxes or legal obligations arising from or in connection with the receipt of the Reward shall be the sole responsibility of the Referrer.
7. Privacy
a. By participating in this Program, the Referrer consents to the Company contacting them and processing their personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy and Personal Data Protection Notice, available at https://signature.my/privacy-policy/.
b. The Referrer further confirms and undertakes that they have obtained the Referee’s consent to disclose the Referee’s information or data to the Company for the purposes of this Program. The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any complaints raised by the Referee in relation to such disclosure.
8. Other Conditions
- This Program shall be valid from 1st September 2025 until 30th November 2025.
- The Rewards are non-transferable and shall not be exchanged for cash or other items.
- The Company reserves the right to substitute the rewards with items of similar value without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to change, modify, amend or cancel the Program at any time without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify the Terms and Conditions at anytime during this Program. All updates will be made available at https://signature.my/signature-referral-program and shall be binding on all Referrers and Referees.
